The Key Ingredient To A Successful Health And Fitness Training Plan

I have been in the personal fitness training industry for almost 20 years. A lot has changed in terms of health training and fitness, from aerobics to circulation training and everything in between. Even the diet has changed. From low-fat diets to low-carb diets, it seems that each passing year there is a new trend when it comes to performance and / or diet. But one thing remains the same. The people who get the results they want are the people who log their plans every day. I call it, “keeping points” …. When we keep points, we try harder. The last thing we want to do is write down, that we didn’t do what we were supposed to do. Having it in the back of your head is one thing, but having it in ink, paper, a whole can of worms. Have you noticed that we keep track of our bank accounts and our car maintenance schedules better than our bodies? Why is this? Without our health, we have nothing.

Set daily, weekly and monthly goals. If you know from day one that there will be challenges, start thinking of solutions early. For example, if you have a busy day or a week ahead of you, plan your meals ahead of time. And when it comes to your fitness training schedule, it’s probably best to get up in the morning at ½ and make a short schedule before your day starts so you can remove it from your list. Most of the time we get too deep into our to-do list, we tend to put our “health and performance” at the backburner. Even if it’s just 20 minutes of work, make it happen so you can be proud of your accomplishments and good at keeping points – writing it down.

One of the great points of selling points is that it gives you a road map.

By cutting down on your work and your diet you can see what works and what doesn’t. It serves as a response tool. I often find clients frustrated by their results. They think they are doing all right, but the moment they agree to start cutting down on their diet and diet, they quickly realize the important changes that need to be made and voila, the results!

Consistency is key when it comes to your health and fitness training program. I promise you the results if you follow these steps!

I hope this helps to make your strength and health army easier to incorporate into your daily life.
