Have you ever noticed that when you reach the age of 30 or when you are lucky in your 40s you just look fat (and look amazing in one night), you don’t move as much as you used to and you start to feel a lot more pain and suffering than you used to?

Is it like aging we just need to accept this and keep going down?

NO we tell ourselves; I will correct this and get back into shape and lose more weight.

But it doesn’t seem to be happening to us – Why? And how do we overcome it? Is being Qualified after 40 years just a myth?

So why not? Often the first thing we notice is that in our 30s and 40s we have a lot of stuff, you probably have a job with family and other responsibilities to deal with, and after dealing with all of this there is no time left to hold. we look at ourselves and when there is time we are just too tired.

Does this sound familiar?

So what’s the secret to balancing our health and trying to get back to the way you felt and be fit and healthy for 40 years?

The first secret is to get some time.

This is not as hard as it sounds, stop listening to that little voice in your head saying you don’t have time or you are too tired. This is a trap that has started all over, you will need to push yourself a bit to get started, but to help motivate yourself to action, think about why you want to improve your health and stamina and what results if you don’t. , and most importantly do not do it for anyone other than yourself, you are trying to be strong and healthy because someone telling you that you also need them will not encourage you in the long run.

Where to find the time:

Get out of bed early – Getting up and doing something in the morning helps you start your day with the right feet, you will improve your metabolism throughout the day !! (Too much those extra pounds each day) you may think I need my sleep, there are two ways to deal with this 1. Stop watching the crippled box (Television) at night and go to bed early for at least a few days. per week. 2. One thing that surprises many people who start waking up early each day is that you do not need that extra 30-60 minutes of sleep, with more work your sleep will improve, so you will not need much sleep, you may find that you will fall asleep at the same time, if not later , and get up faster and feel better than when you used to get out of bed.

Plan Well – Once you have sat down and thought about what you are doing every minute of the day you will find that there is plenty of time to do nothing in your day when things are not really worth it, health and fitness, you will get it. We all have a habit of procrastination, making excuses why we should not just go and do something we know we should do, but if you decide to make the time you will have it does not affect anything else in your life. , or in the event that you throw away only the things that were worthless.

Add something to your routine – this is really cheating, it’s about looking for opportunities within your daily activities that you can slightly change to work to improve your health and stamina.

Some ideas you can try:

Take the stairs instead of the elevator,

Choose a parking lot away from where you need to be and go for something else

Eat fruits or nuts instead of junk food if you need a snack during the day

Sit in your chair straight, tighten and relax your abdominal muscles to improve your posture (leads to less pain / stiffness which means you can do more over time)

Take your lunch to work

Don’t eat ‘flies’ give yourself time to eat something right, watch what you eat, you must not give up all the food you like but be careful what you eat, if you eat. eat it and how much you eat.

Get up and stretch or go to sleep in the office especially if you have a desk job.

Drink plenty of water – Note that I did not say drink a little coffee or other beverages, these other drinks may be good or bad for you, and I did not come to tell you what you can or cannot drink, but to drink more water. during the day it will eliminate many of the side effects of other drinks (unless you eat something and a large amount of too many things will often cause problems – even too much water can be bad)
The reason we fall into this trap and not see this simple secret of recovery after 40 years, is because we are so caught up in what we have been doing every day for the past 10-20 years, it has become a habit to stress everything else in our day and forget what we need to keep the body healthy. There’s really no difference between being a Fit at 40 and being a Fit when you’re 20 or 30, just the effort we put into it, you may need to fix what you did to you 20 years ago, but it won’t take long and you’ll be back there you were in your 30s and you can choose to be a gift of health and fitness or to live in a place where you are not tired all the time and can go out and do the things you want to do every day.
